the breakfast buffet had many options, catering to different tastes. the staff was attentive to requests and quick to offer assistance. i found the desk staff helpful with restaurant recommendations and taxi arrangements. the building itself is quite beautiful!

The pool got a little crowded during peak hours. It could be beneficial to expand the pool area or implement a reservation system!

the hotel's grounds featured lovely hedgerows and flowers. there were also many semi-private areas that gave a sense of seclusion. it created a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere away from the main streets.

The architecture was captivating, with beautiful details everywhere i looked. breakfast had many options. The fresh pastries were a delight. the staff was attentive and quick to help with any requests, such as providing extra towels. i especially liked the indoor pool because it allowed for a relaxing swim regardless of the weather.

The gym had limited equipment. Some machines needed maintenance, though i still managed a decent workout.

Really good Experience

The breakfast offered a good variety. I found fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes readily available. I also enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room. It featured a cozy bed. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining it daily.

The check-in process took a considerable amount of time. I felt this area could benefit from some streamlining.
